Pulogadung PKB Conducted Ramp Check to 712 Vehicles for Homecoming

Pulogadung Vehicle Testing Management Unit (PKB), East Jakarta has conducted ramp check to 712 public vehicles that will be used as homecoming transportation. It is conducted not only at terminal, but also at bus pool and free homecoming location.

We have conducted ramp check to 712 vehicles since D-10 of Eid in 10 locations

"We have conducted ramp check to 712 vehicles since D-10 of Eid in 10 locations. From that number, just 282 units were passed," said Tiyana Brotoadi, Head of Pulogadung PKB's Service Unit, Tuesday (6/20).

Locations to conduct ramp check are in Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Pinang Ranti, Kalideres, Tanjung Priok, Muara Angke, Lebak Bulus, Grogol, Mayasari Bakti Bus Pool, and free homecoming location in TMII (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah).

Unroadworthy Buses will Be Grounded in Homecoming Season

"There is no tolerance in ramp checking. If vehicle is shortage of something and cannot be fulfilled, then it is considered unroadworthy. For those passed the test will be attached sticker from Kemenhub. Citizen must be aware in using homecoming transportation," he closed.
